Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and inserts.
• Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back through Instapay or your wallet.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subjected to product availability.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
